Message911 Features Overview
1. Capacity: 3,000+ Phone Lines The truth is that Message911 has more phone lines than any other mass notification vendor. Message911 owns (as opposed to leases from a third-party) over 3,000 shared phone lines, which are available on a 24/7 basis. This means we can match, or more likely, exceed the number of phone calls made by the competition (the largest we know of has 2,000 lines). We invite you to ask all vendors how many phone lines they actually have for emergency calls. And don't be fooled by Voice over IP (VoIP). There is a substantial difference between phone lines and VoIP ports. Voice over IP is an emerging emergency notification technology; but right now, it has not been adequately load proven for emergency type communications; it does not match the reliability or quality of traditional PSTN phone lines. 2. Guaranteed Phone Lines Immediate message delivery during an emergency is a necessity not a luxury. The unfortunate reality in today's world is that a glut of mission-critical message is languishing in a call queue instead of being immediately delivered. Too few phone lines and oversold phone lines are the problems with some vendors. This message gridlock does not happen with Message911 because of guaranteed lines and priority calling. Message911 also provides advanced prioritization algorithims that optimize your communications. The consequences of a delayed emergency message can be devastating - an uniformed public, First Responders left out of the loop and emergency action teams left in the dark. Message911 was the first emergency communication vendor to provide guaranteed lines. No matter how much traffic is running across our phone lines at any one time, your critical messages will be delivered immediately over your guaranteed lines. In addition to guaranteed phone lines, your emergency messages will still be rapidly delivered to the people who most need to hear them: First Responders. You will have the option of designating groups of First Responders. These First Responders will be called immediately in case of an emergency regardless of the amount of traffic on the phone lines. Being able to immediately contact a group of First Responders is just part of Message911's Priority Calling system. 3. On-The-Fly Outbound Conference Calling Critical emergencies require instant communication. In the heat of the moment, organizations need to be able to quickly and proactively coordinate action among key personnel. With Message911's on-the-fly conference call feature, you are able to instantly initiate a conference call by calling out as opposed to the traditional and time-consuming method of calling in. Message911 allows you to quickly call up to 150 conference call participants and to designate up to 30 speakers, saving time and money over traditional conference call procedures. 4. Message Delivery Options Emergency officials have the ability to instantly deliver critical outbound messages to practically all communication devices - landline phones, cell phones, pagers, PDAs, fax, email (ata rate of over 8,000 per minute),and more. Because of our huge call capacity, can choose to send messages to all recipient devices at one time, thus significantly reducing the time required for serial attempts to reach key personnel. Mesage911 is the most flexible delivery system available, activating other devices such as sirens and sending messages over radios. |
