Approach:

Integrates elements of NFPA 1600 Standard on Emergency Management for Public and Private Sector Organizations.
Provides a CD format that is indexed in order for you to make changes and produce your own CD after the contract terminates.
Includes a one-year free service of EM Assist – EOC Library and Public Gateway to the Internet. This is a thoroughly-researched reference library that contains over 8,000 downloaded documents and 30,000 links.
Interactive – We will prepare slide presentations for you to brief Response Organizations on organization of plan and concept of operations, or if you choose we will do the briefing.
Concept of Operations that we recommend is based on ESF Support structure of Federal Response Plan; Incident Command System; Unified Command and Levels of Response.
Support Services Include:
Authorities Section – Provides copies of applicable federal and state laws that are related to emergency management in Alabama.
Support Documents – Contains documents developed by the Federal Government that provide guidelines and guidance on specific functional and hazard areas.
We recommend the EOP be organized in a format and structure similar to the 12 primary annexes of the Federal Response Plan. We also recommend developing11 other support annexes for a complete EOP.
